Doubt whether you&#039;ll find 9iR1 any where, and you need a support contract to obtain patches. Generally you&#039;ve got no need to be on a specific patchset for training/study. The only reason you&#039;d want all the bug fixes is if you are running a production database (or wanting a working environment to closely mirror a production environment) in which case you&#039;ll have the appropriate support contract.</description>
