Can I put watermarks on a document by using any Oracle supplied tool?

Does Oracle provide a tool which puts watermarks or stamps on documents? For example, if I am accessing Word documents which are stored in tables, can I put watermarks on those documents by using any Oracle supplied tool?

MS Word documents already have this as a feature. But I’m guessing that you have word documents that have already been saved to a database that you want to stamp with a watermark when inserted or queried/extracted? I’m not aware of any tools or Oracle database functions that do this.
